1. Who this applies to

This Earnings Disclaimer covers getthetreemethod.com (the "Site"), every product sold on it, and all of our advertising, emails, and social media content. Those products are The Tree Styling Method and its add-ons (the "Products"). The Site is operated by EightFiveTwo Advisory FZCO ("we," "us," or "our"). This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service, and section 12 of those Terms says the same thing in shorter form.

2. What the course teaches

The Tree Styling Method teaches you how you could offer a small service: decorating other people's Christmas trees and homes for the holidays, and taking the decorations down again afterwards. It is a service you would run yourself, for your own clients. We do not find clients for you, employ you, or pay you.

3. No guarantee of income

We make no promise, guarantee, or representation that you will make any money, or any particular amount of money, by buying or using the Products. We do not guarantee bookings, clients, profit, or that you will earn back what you spend on the course or on supplies.

What you earn depends on things we do not control and cannot predict for any one person, including:

• how much time and effort you put in, and how consistently
• your eye for decorating, your skills, and any prior business or sales experience
• the prices you charge and what your supplies and travel cost you
• demand, competition, and income levels in your local area
• your existing network and how well you tell people about your service
• local rules, insurance, and taxes
• the season, the weather, the economy, and plain luck

4. Typical results

We do not collect income data from our customers, so we cannot tell you what the average or typical buyer earns. What we can tell you is that many people who buy a course never finish it, and many never book a paying client. You should assume that your results may be zero.

Starting any business carries risk. You may spend money on supplies, tools, or advertising before you are paid for anything, and you may lose that money. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Prices, packages, and calculations are examples

The course and our pages show example package prices, add-on prices, takedown fees, hours, and what a certain number of trees at a certain price would add up to. These are hypothetical illustrations of the arithmetic, and some are based on published industry price ranges. They are not estimates or projections of what you will earn. Many people will not charge those prices, book that many clients, or do it within that timeframe. Individual results vary.

6. Stories, press, and testimonials

• Press and third-party figures describe other people's businesses as reported by those publications. They are not results of this course and do not predict your results.
• Stories are illustrative. Some stories on the Site, including editorial-style articles, are clearly presented as stories to show how the Method can work. They do not describe a single verified student.
• Diana’s result. Diana, a student of The Tree Styling Method, reports earning about $60,000 in her first season from 136 trees. She is shown by first name only, with her permission. Her figure is self-reported, exceptional and not typical; most students earn much less, and some earn nothing. We hold records of her result on file.
• Testimonials, if we show any, reflect one person's own experience, are self-reported, and are not typical. Where a person received anything in return for a testimonial, we aim to disclose it.

7. Images on the Site

Many images on the Site, in our ads, and in the Products (including the Lookbook) are AI-generated illustrations or design inspiration. They are not photographs of a student's or client's real work, and they are not results, before-and-after photos, or examples of what you will produce.

8. No titles or credentials

Buying or completing the course does not make you an interior designer, and it does not give you any certification, licence, accreditation, or professional qualification. Please do not describe yourself to clients as "certified" or "licensed" because of this course.

9. Forward-looking statements

Any statement on the Site about what you "could," "can," or "will" achieve is aspirational and forward-looking. Those statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially from them.

10. Your responsibility: rules, insurance, taxes, and safety

The Products teach a method. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, or safety advice. If you decide to offer this service, you are responsible for:

• checking any business registration, licensing, or permit rules where you live
• deciding whether you need liability insurance, and getting it if you do
• reporting your income and paying any taxes due
• your own safety and your clients' safety, including safe use of ladders and step stools, lights and electrical cords, and working carefully in other people's homes and around their belongings, children, and pets

By buying or using the Products, you accept that you are responsible for your own decisions and results, and that we are not liable for any business, financial, or safety decision you make based on our content. 11. Our refund policy

If the course is not right for you, our Refund Policy explains our 45-day guarantee and its conditions, including completing Module 1. The refund is the only guarantee we make. We do not guarantee income.
